Terms and Conditions

Registration

Registration should be in writing (by post, fax or e-mail). Upon receipt of your registration, a place will be reserved, if available. Seminars consisting of several parts can only be booked and attended as one whole seminar. Once you have registered for the seminar, you will immediately get contacted by our office. You are not entitled to attend a seminar if the seminar is already fully booked when we receive your registration. In this case, we will contact you immediately, either by telephone or in writing

Participation Fee

The participation fee includes the cost of the seminar, the documents for the seminar and catering costs. Expenses for overnight accommodation are not included. Seminars that are conducted in several parts can only be booked as one whole seminar. Single days, or parts of the seminar which were not attended, cannot be visited at a later date. 

Change of Reservation

Rebooking from one seminar to the following seminar is free of charge until two weeks prior to the seminar. It is only possible to rebook once.  

Cancellations

Cancellation is free of charge until four weeks prior to the seminar. For cancellations up to two weeks prior to the seminar, we charge 50% of the original price of the seminar. For cancellations within two weeks prior to the seminar, we charge 100% of the original price of the seminar. It is permitted to change the name of a registered participant. 

Seminar Hotel

Our seminar hotels are predominantly ***** hotels. In most cases we are able to arrange a special price for our participants. The participant is responsible for booking directly with the hotel. Please note that the hotels do not send an invoice. The invoice should be settled directly at the hotel.
