Ming Huang

Ming Huang

Ming Huang has been working for the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs since 1993, including as representative in its Office in Singapore, Shandong Province (China), Guangdong Province (China) and Sichuan Province (China).

She has successfully helped numerous Chinese and German enterprises in various M&A negotiations and post-merger-integrations, and she has  gained tremendous experience and deep connections with Chinese government. She is an expert especially in Germany-China business investment.

She holds a master’s degree in Media Management, an EMBA degree and has been awarded “Certified Translator and Interpreter” for German and Chinese Language by SDI – Munich. She has also been assigned as Representative for TUM EEC (Executive Education Center of the School of Management at the Technical University Munich).
