Ming Huang has been working for the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs since 1993, including as representative in its Office in Singapore, Shandong Province (China), Guangdong Province (China) and Sichuan Province (China).
She has successfully helped numerous Chinese and German enterprises in various M&A negotiations and post-merger-integrations, and she has gained tremendous experience and deep connections with Chinese government. She is an expert especially in Germany-China business investment.
She holds a master’s degree in Media Management, an EMBA degree and has been awarded “Certified Translator and Interpreter” for German and Chinese Language by SDI – Munich. She has also been assigned as Representative for TUM EEC (Executive Education Center of the School of Management at the Technical University Munich).
Peter Morgan served as a Commander in the Hong Kong Police for over 33 years in a variety of operational, strategic and training roles, and retired as an Assistant Commissioner. He was awarded the Police Distinguished Medal (PDSM) in 2015 for his services to Hong Kong. Peter also spent 24 years as a hostage negotiator and 12 years as the Commander of the Hong Kong Police Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU). He is currently a Special Advisor to the Hong Kong Police CNU, an Honorary Advisor to the Hong Kong Police College, and an Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention (CSRP), Hong Kong University.
Peter is the author of Critical Issues in Crisis Negotiation and is regularly invited to speak and train on crisis management, leadership and hostage negotiations.
