Siobhan brings more than 20 years of high level strategic public relations experience in global issue management with a strong focus in technology and media relations. Through her in-depth understanding of brand strategy, and corporate positioning, she has worked on and implemented effective technology pr programs, creative consumer PR campaigns and corporate communication programs. 

Previously Head of Global Communications at Shutterstock, Siobhan has worked with agencies around the world where her clients have included some of the world's most recognizable brands including technology thought leaders like Siemens, Microsoft and Sony as well as designed strategic political and global issue media programs for organizations such as the Clinton Global Initiative and the Save Darfur Coalition. She was one of the pioneers of emerging technology public relations, and through this developed internet savvy early on working with start-ups which became major names like Amazon, EBay and Ask Jeeves.

Michelle Doran

Michelle Doran

Michelle Doran is a law firm executive with over 20 years of legal management experience solving complex business problems with focus on strategic and growth planning, efficient operations and work processes, data/metric analysis and human resources. 

In her current role, as a Regional Director with Dorsey and Whitney LLP, she is responsible for the offices on the east coast, liaises with the Asia practice and serves on several firm wide committees.  As a strategist, she leverages technology, talent, innovation and best-in-class practices to improve revenue and overall operations, while developing and mentoring key personnel.  Michelle prides herself on being an excellent partner/consultant to top tier leaders and establishing relationships with all levels of a multi-tiered, culturally diverse, organization.  Her NY office won the 2018 diversity award under her leadership for the impactful programming and inclusive environment that transcended all levels of the organization. 

Over her career, Michelle has promoted dozens of women by teaching them good business practices and excellent client service while developing their critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills.  A strong focus is placed on relationships and communication in combination with helping them recognize their unique value to organizations.  Of all her contributions to the professional world, this is the most rewarding part of her work.

Michelle has a BA degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication, has been a member of SHRM since 1989 and the Association of Legal Administrators since 1990.  She has held many leadership roles in these organizations and was the founder and Chairwoman of her home town’s Economic Development Committee.  She has served several not-for-profits, including Junior Achievement and Dutchess County Arts Council. 

Michelle lives by the motto that each day brings a new gift of learning and our power carries us forward if we embrace the lessons available to us.  She is the proud mother of two daughters, Bianca 23 and Madisyn 19.  She is married to her husband of 30 years, who is a writer and was a stay-at-home dad for most of their daughter’s lives.

Keti Mehta

Recognized for being an inspirational growth accelerator, strategic brand promoter, and influencer - Keti Mehta successfully develops high performing teams and builds strategic partnerships to unleash growth potential. 

Keti currently serves as an Advisory Board Member to insurtech, Relay, an online Software-as-a-Service solution helping ceding teams, insurance underwriters, MGAs and brokers to structure and secure reinsurance and large insurance placements simpler and faster. Mehta also serves on the Risk & Insurance Management Society’s (RIMS) Advisory Council, where she stands out for being a transformational culture catalyst by building diverse communities that promote inclusion and collaboration.

Mehta has served as Chief Sales Strategy Officer, SVP with HUB International, where she managed the firm’s growth initiatives to expand client footprint across diverse industry segments. Keti has also held senior executive leadership roles at USI Insurance, EMC Dell, & Morgan Stanley.

Since 2014, Keti has served as the Vice Chair & Board Member of the Tri-State Diversity Council and has been a Special Advisor to Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders) since 2018. Keti is also a part of Chief, a new women’s network to support leadership advancement.

Mehta is a NYS licensed Property & Casualty broker, with an Executive Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation.  Mehta holds a Masters of Arts degree in Change Leadership and Business Transformation from Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Currently, she resides in Westchester County, NY with her husband of 22 years and beloved daughter, Karina.

Ellen Rothschild, co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Digiscribe International and Digiscribe New England, is a strategist. She leads the planning, implementation, and oversight of all of the company’s marketing activities, finding areas for growth, and addressing the ever-changing needs of the digital workplace. She has helped Digiscribe transition from a single-location document scanning service to a national business process outsourcing provider, with over 75 employees in facilities outside of both New York City and Boston. As chief marketing officer, Rothschild brought her previous experience in the advertising industry to help market the company, moving from trade shows and direct mail to social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization, email campaigns, blogging, content development, and a highly successful website. These savvy marketing initiatives currently account for a majority of Digiscribe’s new business. Ellen proudly serves on the board of the Metropolitan Executive Alliance, a group of influential business leaders in the NYC metro area who collaborate in pursuit of professional and personal growth. She also serves on the board of Alexander Wolf & Son, one of the oldest and most experienced  general contracting and construction management firms in the greater New York area. In addition, Rothschild has served on numerous nonprofit boards over the past 20 years, including Feeding Westchester, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Westchester County, and as the Connection Committee Representative to the Westchester County Association Executive Board. She is a 2019 914INC Women in Business honoree.

Tasmiya Khan

Tasmiya Khan

Tasmiya Khan, Pharm.D. is a clinical pharmacist and a pharmacy benefit consultant at AJ Gallagher with over 10 years of experience working with health plans and Pharmacy Benefit Managements (PBM) companies. Tasmiya’s focus is on clinical, financial, and operational strategy and efficiency through ongoing client management and PBM procurements. Prior to AJ Gallagher, Tasmiya worked in population health management, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and Medicare Part D across various settings, including the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH).

In addition, Tasmiya has experience working at the largest dual health plan in NYC, where her primary responsibilities included developing and leading department wide regulatory and compliance efforts, clinical quality strategy (i.e. Part D STARS, HEDIS, QARR), and general PBM oversight across Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Exchange, and Commercial lines of business.

Tasmiya participates in thought leadership through expert white papers, consultation, and presentations at national forums such as the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Annual Conference.

Zabeen Mirza

Zabeen Mirza

Zabeen Mirza, is Head of the North American division of the Schranner Negotiation Institute and brings twelve years of business management, corporate strategy, and new venture development experience. A native New Yorker,  born and raised in Brooklyn, Zabeen spent the last 8 years in Dubai managing her own innovation advisory firm, where she was innovation advisor to the Prime Minister of Dubai. Zabeen has trained and certified over 1,500 executives in marketing, human resource management, business organization, and business communications through the University of Cambridge Advanced Business Diploma. She is a frequent lecturer at ETH Zurich in Switzerland, and a mentor at the City University of New York Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Crystal Khalil is a corporate executive, motivational speaker and philanthropist. She currently serves as Director, Procurement, for the Porsche Group Companies in North America. In this role, she oversees all indirect purchasing activity for Porsche’s North American subsidiaries and affiliates. As a mentor and role model to her team, Khalil is lauded for leading with integrity, purpose and compassion.

In the community, Khalil serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Caring For Others, an internationally recognized nonprofit organization that gives voice to the faces of poverty. She is also Co-Founder and Chair of the Board of D.I.V.A.S. In Training, a mentoring and leadership program for girls.

Khalil’s desire to help others achieve their highest potential led to the 2019 release of her debut, international best-selling book, “Hard workers Workers Work Hard, And Networkers Move Up!” In the 155-page paperback, Khalil shares tools and insights with readers to help them accelerate their career 10 times faster.

She has received many accolades throughout her career, including Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity by Diversity Plus Magazine, just this year. Khalil has been a featured speaker for numerous events, such as the National Association of Women Business Owners Conference, the Forbes IDEA Summit and the Institute of Supply Management.
