Julien Pelabere

Ph.D. in complex negotiation and founder of Negotiation & Applied Research Institut (Institut NERA) in France, a consulting firm specialized in Negotiation and Conflict Management, he trains, assists and advises companies,governmental organizations, and people when negotiations become complex and sensitive.

Considered as the new french negotiation reference, he is in charge of the Negotiation Program at La Sorbonne University. His last researches focus on the different types of power in negotiation and how influence impacts negotiation.
