It was time to present our philosophy of negotiation in a concept. We hear from our customers that a company is being negotiated according to the Schranner concept®, although we have never described our approach in this way. Universities compare our concept to the Harvard Concept® and identify similarities and differences.
The Philosophy of the Institutes of Knowledge is that a conflict at the beginning of the negotiation is. We encourage people to proactively tackle and proactively negotiate conflicts. We also find that there is no WIN-WIN. The best negotiating team should win. To win a negotiation is not reprehensible, but desirable. Of course only if fair play and rules are respected. At the N-Conference, experts were introduced to the various elements of the Schranner Concept®.
So much competence, experience and know-how about negotiation - everything compressed in three days. It was exciting and instructive again.
