WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The Advanced Negotiator® certified gives you the ability to control the negotiation processes from start to finish. There are 4 elements to this program, including how to deliberately create deadlocks, and to lead difficult negotiations strategically and tactically. This program is recommended for experienced leaders and managers tasked with leading high-stakes negotiations. You will be prepared for the role of the Commander and Decision Maker based on the FBI-Model.
