Reading on occasion of the release of
Matthias Schranner's new book "The End of Win-Win"

She's The Negotiator:
Negotiation Workshop

Join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the release of Matthias Schranner's new book "The End of Win-Win". In his book, the Matthias Schranner reveals how negotiations are growing harder by the day and why win-win agreements seem impossible to reach. Irrationally shifting demands, constant threats, an emphasis on negative consequences, and an uncompromising focus on self-interest have become the new standard. From world leaders using aggressive tactics to push counterparts into defense, to corporate procurement departments dictating prices, suppliers halting deliveries, and unions bringing transit networks to a standstill, shared business values seem to have lost their place. To counter this shift, the book offers actionable strategies and crucial frameworks to help readers effectively navigate and succeed in this tough new reality.

The event will open with a live reading by the author, bringing key insights from the book to life. Following the reading, Matthias Schranner will sit down for an in-depth conversation with Céline Flores Willers exploring the inspiration and creative process behind the work as well as its content. We will then open the floor to the audience for an interactive Q&A session, followed by a personalized book signing.

The event is free of charge. You will have the chance to buy a German copy of the book at the event.

Please note that the event will take place in German.
