The "She’s the Negotiator" session is an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to strengthen negotiation skills through real-world practice and exchange. The session opens with a brief introduction to negotiation as strategic communication, followed by a collective reflection on participants’ experiences, challenges, and successes at the negotiation table.
Participants will then break into four facilitated roundtables led by experts from the Schranner Negotiation Institute team, each focusing on one phase of the Schranner Concept®:
Preparation, Opening, Leadership, and Deadlock.
Through targeted exercises and discussions, participants will actively apply negotiation tools, learn from diverse perspectives, and sharpen their approach.
The workshop concludes with group report-backs, key takeaways, and a shared recap, leaving participants with practical insights, new connections, and clear next steps for mastering negotiations.
Participation in this session can be the start of your journey towards better outcomes and greater confidence. Join us at the N-Conference for more strategic insights, access to our expert network and leadership growth.
